Where the Mist Rests Among the Trees

In Datong, the mist always arrives before the traveller.

The Central Mountain Range stretches across the horizon, while the tranquil waters of Mingchi reflect the changing sky and the ancient forests of Qilan stand quietly through the passing seasons. Mountain winds drift through Indigenous villages and terraced fields, where red quinoa, long cultivated by the Le Shui community, ripens slowly beneath the mountain sun, carrying the quiet vitality of the forest.

Inspired by this highland landscape, we pair locally grown red quinoa with the rich, velvety character of Red Oolong. Gentle notes of toasted grain and delicate fruit unfold first, followed by the tea’s smooth sweetness and lingering depth. Like mist drifting silently through the forest, each sip settles softly, leaving behind a calm and enduring finish.

大同では、森を訪れる人よりも早く、朝霧が山々を包みます。

連なる中央山脈の峰々、空を映す明池、そして悠久の時を見守り続ける棲蘭の巨木。山から吹く風は集落を抜け、棚田を渡り、この土地で育まれる**台湾紅藜（赤藜）**をゆっくりと実らせます。その一粒一粒には、山の命が静かに息づいています。

そんな風土を、一杯の紅烏龍に映しました。
